Clients must comply with:

We are not liable for non-compliance caused by inaccurate or incomplete data provided by clients.

6. Payment Terms

  • Fees are based on agreed service models (percentage, flat fee, or custom)

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.

9. Service Availability

  • Error-free system performance

Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Termination
